About Us
We have been in the seafood business for over 60 years and in the Ceviche business for over 20 years. We operate our own fishing boats and are an established source of employment in our fishing community in Panama. We make our Ceviche in the Port of Vacamonte, which is located 45 minutes West of Panama City on the Pacific coast.

In 2008 we established an importing and distribution Company in Miami, Florida operating as Ceviche Pesca Fina, LLC. Our distribution Company services hotels, restaurants, specialty deli-markets and fish markets. Our products are FDA approved and HACCP certified and comply with the highest food safety regulations.

We actively support the conservation of our oceans and marine resources for future generations through responsible fishing and cooperation with government regulatory agencies and conservation organizations.
